Recommended Processing Methods

Extrusion + Thermoforming / Blow Molding

Applications

They are used for industrial compostable biodegradable sheets by thermoforming or blow molding.

Molding and Processing Guidelines

Due to the high viscosity of the material, a high-torque sheet extruder is recommended.
Sheet extrusion melt temperature range: 150-180°C
Thermoforming sheet heating temperature range: 170-190°C
Mold cooling temperature for thermoforming: 15-30°C
