Processing Methods

This material is well-suited for melt spinning. The molding and processing guidelines are as follows:

Pre-crystallization drying is required to reduce moisture content to less than 50 ppm.
Extruder barrel temperature range of 160°C to 180°C.
High draw ratios are recommended for optimal results.
